FOREWORD
Inlustrius LTD is a service for direct sales to professionals and to private clients, as well to various associations and administrations.
Inlustrius LTD sells its products either remotely, via the Internet, by telephone or directly via on site fleet sales.

CUSTOMER COMMITMENT
All orders from the CLIENT assume acceptance of these terms and conditions, and the CLIENT recognizes having read and understood them. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, the client is invited to inquire about them regularly. Each version of these terms have a specific date. Orders are governed by the terms and conditions online at the date of the order.

PAYMENT
Prices may vary due to applicable promotions, sales, as well as potential increases and adjustments. We reserve the right to dispute listed prices due to typographical errors, program errors, etc. The CLIENT will be notified of this before any payments are made. All payments are to be made before orders are finalized, unless in special circumstances, such as “Cash on delivery”, a service which is available for certain products and regions where the CLIENT may proceed with payment after the delivery has been made. DELIVERY
When shopping with us, if your subtotal bill reaches 399 EUR and up, you'll receive free shipping to any continental EU country, UK and Ireland! For orders below 400 EUR, shipping fees are calculated for every product during checkout.
Delivery time may vary: 2-3 days for small orders (handheld items, compact appliances, or any other item which can fit in an average courier package), or 7-15 days for larger orders (heavy machinery, ovens, tables, or any other heavy-set item which requires special care when delivering).
Upon delivery, the Customer shall verify, in the presence of driver, conformity of his order by all means at his disposal, including, but not limited to, the opening of the package. Receipted delivery will lead to the final acceptance of the order to be considered compliant and the CLIENT may not claim any trade, refund or other compensation. The delay time of the delivery is provided by the manufacturer and the carrier. Inlustrius LTD cannot be held responsible for subsequent delays in delivery.

RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL
The standard Consumer Code does not apply to PROFESSIONAL buyers. A PROFESSIONAL buyer, in this context, is an active registered business establishment.
According to the Consumer Code, NON PROFESSIONAL customers have a period of 14 business days from the date of the order to claim his right of withdrawal. The Customer must inform Inlustrius LTD of this via registered mail, no justifications required, and no penalties nor subsequent charges will be made, with the exception of potential shipping costs. After 14 business days, the order will be considered final. The right of return will be accepted only for complete products in their original packaging and in good, working condition. Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled cannot be returned or exchanged. Inlustrius LTD will refund the CLIENT within 21 calendar days from the reception of the registered letter.

If Inlustrius LTD requests so beforehand, the goods may be returned to a different address in the EU.

Inlustrius LTD will transfer the refunded amount back to CLIENT’s bank account. If order was paid by credit card, Inlustrius LTD will refund the amount to the CLIENT’s credit card. Any potential costs (in case of damaged or missing parts) will be deducted from the refund.

RETENTION
Inlustrius LTD retains ownership of all delivered goods until the final payment by the CLIENT has been made.

Parts Warranty
For the goods delivered, we assume a guarantee of durability of 2 years from the delivery day, for all spare parts, both electrical and mechanical. The warranty is limited to the available supply of spare parts. Installation costs, travel and labor are borne by the client. We do not provide warranty for consumable accessories and parts, such as seals, switches, screws, light bulbs, etc., or all other similar non-electrical and/or non-mechanical parts. Three-phase electrical equipment is not supplied with a 380V/400V jack, as standards vary between countries.

Our equipment must always and exclusively be installed by certified and licensed specialists and/or installers. As adequate proof, the CLIENT will keep the invoice of technician or company which has installed the product for the duration of the warranty. The CLIENT will send a copy of the invoice on request to Inlustrius LTD. If such evidence is lacking, the CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that the warranty may not apply and may not seek to exercise its warranty.

If the CUSTOMER has installed, commissioned or uninstalled, decommissioned the supplied equipment on their own, the CUSTOMER assumes full responsibility for the functioning and operation of the supplied equipment. In this case, the CLIENT may not turn in any way against Inlustrius LTD and may not request or cancel the order or ask for a refund due to any damages which may result from improper installation. The warranty will not be applied for any accidental, direct or indirect consequential damages which result from the misuse of equipment, such as accidents, electric shocks, blunt mechanical damage, etc. The warranty will not be applied due to the fault of CLIENT when the product is not operated in accordance with the specifications of the manufacturer, which includes improper installation, cleaning, the use of various incompatible or unsuitable peripherals, accessories and consumable parts. The CLIENT may contact Inlustrius LTD for any assistance when installing and commissioning the product, in which case a price quote will be prepared and submitted to the CLIENT for acceptance, and a work schedule will be set.

Used products
Used products are sold without warranty of any kind. This type of sale is presented to the CLIENT and must be accepted by the CLIENT. The CLIENT may not return the used product to Inlustrius LTD and may not assert any claim for reimbursement or be eligible for exchange due to any defect whatsoever. Used products are sold as-is.

CRIMINAL JURISDICTION CLAUSE
In case of disputes, the courts of the Republic of Ireland claim jurisdiction.
