Available in the direct heating version (only gas models) for cooking liquid food that does not need stirring and also in the indirect heating version (gas and electrical versions) for thicker foods, such as creams and sauces. The AISI 316 steel tank is highly resistant to salt and sauce corrosion and can be even used by inserting large baskets for cooking large amounts of vegetables. Cleaning and maintenance are easy, thanks to the rounded edges and the draining tap that can be removed easily. Any small residuals flow through the hole on the top.

type heating with low pressure steam (0.5 bar) generated inside the jacket by tubular burners made
of stainless steel with optimized combustion, safety thermocouple valve and protected pilot flame.
Piezoelectric ignition with silicone protection. Hot and cold water taps on the worktop with an
articulated spout for filling and washing the container and jacket. 1 1/2” draining tap of chromed brass
with athermic handle. Mechanical gauge with a jacket pressure indicator.
Temperature regulation by
means of a maximum and minimum tap. Adjustable feet.
