A complete range of gas and electric griddles, with single or double plates, made of steel or chrome able to cook any food “by contact” and even the most delicate of dishes. The uniform heat distribution system guarantees perfect cooking without the dispersion of heat. Energy saving and improvement of the work environment are obvious results. The cooking residuals flow naturally to the front duct and, through a large sized draining hole, are collected in a large drawer. The Teflon plug, resistant to high temperatures, is optional.

Temperature regulation from 50° C to 270°C. Pilot light and temperature indicator light. Smooth satin finish steel plate occupying the entire worktop surface with flush splashguard. Two zones with separate controls for an independent and perfect regulation of temperature.
Slightly inclined cooking surface with a large hole to allow drainage of liquid into an appropriate waste container.
