The bratt pans allow different types of cooking: it is possible to braise, brown, grill and cook directly on the bottom of the tank. The tilting bratt pans have a tank completely made of 316 AISI steel with 60 lt capacity. The tank high thickness distributes heat evenly over the entire surface to guarantee uniform cooking and energy saving. The rounded shape of the tank, that can be overturned manually, makes it easy to be cleaned. The fixed bratt pans, with 8 and 11 lt capacities, have a large drain hole located within the completely rounded tank; the hole can be closed by using a Teflon plug with an overflow function.
